Conditions which form part of this shipment
1) THE AMOUNT OF ANY LOSS OR DAMAGE SHALL NOT EXCEED $100.00 PER ARTICLE DAMAGED OR LOST.
2)THE CARRIER IS NOT LIABLE FOR LOSS, DAMAGE, OR DELAY CAUSED BY THE AUTHORITY OF LAW, AN ACT OF GOD, THE QUEEN'S OR PUBLIC ENEMIES, RIOTS, STRIKES, TRAFFIC, WEATHER, DEFECT OR INHERENT VICE IN THE GOODS, OR AN ACT OR DEFAULT OF THE SHIPPER OR OWNER.
3)LOSS, DAMAGE, OR DELAY MUST BE REPORTED BEFORE THE END OF THE NEXT BUSINESS DAY FOLLOWING THE DAY OF THE SHIPMENT.
